This project involved the construction of a boulder retaining wall to effectively manage the property’s slope. Initially, the team graded the land to establish a stable foundation for the hardscape features. Subsequently, large natural rocks were positioned to build the core of the boulder retaining wall, while smaller gravel was distributed around them to ensure proper drainage. Furthermore, stone steps were integrated into the side of the elevation to provide functional access to the upper level of the yard. Ultimately, a cobblestone border was laid out to cleanly define the lower boundary of the newly graded area.
